Your uploaded content

You are responsible for any image, music, text, or other material you provide to Listen2QR. Only upload content that you own, created yourself, have permission to use, or otherwise have all rights needed to include in a singing postcard.

Do not upload material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not upload harmful, illegal, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe content.

Any copyright, ownership, licensing, or other rights claim related to content you upload is your responsibility.

How Listen2QR uses uploaded content

We use the content you provide to prepare, preview, publish, and deliver the singing postcard you request. This may include processing the image or audio, creating QR/share links, and generating static postcard files.

Public sharing

A finished singing postcard may be available through public QR or share links. Anyone with a public link may be able to open the postcard, so do not include private or sensitive content unless you are comfortable with that sharing model.

Service changes and removals

Listen2QR may, at its discretion, refuse, remove, or disable content or postcards when needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to rights concerns, or prevent misuse. If uploaded content is reported or suspected to infringe copyright or other rights, Listen2QR may remove or disable the related postcard immediately.
